WHAT'S YOUR APPROACH TO DIET?

To always Enjoy and appreciate my food because it brings so much happiness to my life. I eat mainly Whole foods and try to eat mostly vegetables. However i do eat grass fed beef, small fish and chicken but it small quantities than i used to reduce my carbon footprint and increase my longevity. I stay away from processed foods and anything high in sugar.
