SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost? We have a flat rate fee of $10 for shipping orders. FREE shipping is applicable on orders over $100.

Where do you ship to? Anywhere within Australia. We ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and businesses.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched? We will always try and get your order out the door at lightening speed, orders are processed within 24-48 hours of completing (unless placed over the weekend in which it is processed Monday)

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order? Email us straight away to confirm if it is available for change.

My order hasn’t arrived? Reach out to us via email and we will help track it down as soon as possible

 

ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard.

How do discount codes work? Lucky you! Discount codes are entered at checkout, and the percentage or amount off will be automatically deducted from the total in your cart. 

How can I track my order? You’ll be sent tracking details via email with instructions on how to track

I entered the wrong email address, how do I fix this? Send us an email! We will update your account from our systems

My order arrived and it’s damaged. What do I do? Let us know immediately and we’ll organise a replacement.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy? We will happily exchange a product or offer a refund if the product is returned within 30 days, unopened and in resaleable condition.

I changed my mind, will I get a refund? If you return the item to us in an unopened, resaleable condition, we will gladly offer an exchange or a refund.

I don’t like the taste of my product. Can I have a refund? While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product, we cannot refund or exchange for a simply not liking the flavour.
