WHAT'S YOUR CURRENT TRAINING GOAL?

Currently my primary focus is on strength and resistance training whilst aiming to increase muscle and lower my body fat percentage.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU TAKE & WHY?

Power Plant by Prana On- I'm currently loving this protein powder powder in the Coconut milk flavour as I can mix it with other things. I add this to post work out smoothies to aid with muscle recovery and general maintenance. It's also very handy as a low carb snack when i'm busy throughout the day

Completing an amateur boxing fight last year (It was a draw!)

WHAT'S YOUR APPROACH TO DIET?

Flexible. I eat a primarily plant based diet, however I don't like to restrict myself from anything to maintain a healthy relationship with food. I also spend time educating myself on what foods have the highest amounts of nutrients so i can guide my clients in the right direction.
