Best Gym Classes, Sydney

Air Locker

Air Locker - Best Gyms in Sydney
Revamped for 2021, Air Locker in Bondi Junction offers a unique way of working out. With their method of Simulated Altitude Training (SAT), you can see up to 30% better results than training at sea level.

Their 36-minute training sessions are led by internationally-accredited trainers, and you’ll use all the usual strength and cardio equipment – just with less oxygen in your lungs. Oxygen is pumped out of the room as you train, simulating an altitude of around 3000 metres. Your body then enters a hypoxic state and has to work harder to pump oxygen to your cells – which burns more calories and improves your endurance.

Classes are available morning and early evening, Monday-Thursday, and mornings only Friday and Saturday, so your schedule will need to fit. But, if you can make it work, these are some of the best gym classes in Sydney to see quick results.

Location: Bondi Junction | 310 Oxford St, NSW 2022

Membership: $55/week, or buy 10 classes for $275 (valid for 3 months)
