How to take

Days 1 to 15: Consume two separate serves daily, 15 to 20 minutes before food. Mix 1 scoop, approx. 5.3g, with 250 to 300ml of water or your preferred beverage. Stir or shake until dissolved and consume immediately.

Day 16 onwards: Consume one to two separate serves daily, 15 to 20 minutes before food, prepared as above.
