Casein protein is perfect for drip feeding your body with essential amino acids and protein in between meals to reduce snacking, or before bed as a sweet treat or for those that want to really increase their recovery state whilst sleeping. We all know that our body does most of it's recovery work whilst sleeping, so by increasing your protein intake before bed, this may help you to recover quicker and get back to training faster!
R1 Casein by Rule 1 only contains pure casein custard, zero fillers and zero creamers, giving you 25gs of protein per serve and over 8 hours and amino acid delivery!

How To Take
