Please note that we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don't like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.
At Fit Nutrition, our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered as fast as possible, Australia wide.
Our shipping and handling fee is a flat $10 Australia wide or FREE DELIVERY if you spend over $100 per transaction.
Orders from our website www.fitnutrition.com.au are dispatched daily by 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we aim to always offer prompt and timely service. We always try and get orders dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase, however delivery is estimated 1-3 days in Metro Areas and 1-5 days in Rural Areas. Please note: during sale periods dispatch time is estimated but may take 1-3 days to be dispatched.
All orders are freighted via Australia Post and are delivered right to your door, so please ensure you provide your street address. Fit Nutrition cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.
At Fit Nutrition we aim to ensure the accuracy of all products, images and information on our website. Occasionally manufacturing changes can be released to market before our updates can be made. If you receive a product that differs to the one online please reach out to our Customer Service team so we can follow up with the brand and ensure the update is made. No matter the product you receive we always recommend reading the ingredients and directions prior to use, even if you’ve had the product previously, to ensure you have the most up to date information.
